Encouragement from …..SUBWAY? November 6, 2009

So I went to subway tonight to get food for my mom, dad, and I.  I had no idea that when I would go that I would be encouraged by the staff. Well I was minding my own business but couldn’t really because the two employees were talking loud enough that I over heard there conversation.  This lead to me to asking what the younge gal was going to school for. She said I’m getting my first degree in Psych and a minor in Potical Sciences….then I will go to my next school and become a lawyer.  Wow is all I could think.  I then mention I was thinking about going back to school.  She asked me what my first major was in, which I told her and like many people in the midwest had no idea what it was.  Then she said what do you want to go back for….I told her I was thinking about Raidology, like an ultrasound person and such….She said go for it.  I then went on to say I don’t know how I would balance my family life and raising a child.  She looked me straight in the eye and said….”You can do it, you are younge and You can do it.”  Needles to say I left smiling and feeling good inside, a complete stranger gave me encouragment, but really I think it could have been a God lead conversation.  What do you think???
